Steak Salad

Tonight’s dinner was butter-fried top sirloin steak over lettuce. And for dessert, coffee!


Butter-Fried Steak Salad, 1 serving, can fry extra steak for leftovers


  • Butter
  • Top sirloin steak
  • Choice of seasonings— salt and poultry seasoning blend
  • Lettuce— about 2 cups
  • Feta Cheese— a pinch



  1. Chop steak.
  2. Fry steak in butter over medium-high heat.
  3. While steak is cooking, chop lettuce and place on plate.
  4. Sprinkle some feta cheese on lettuce.
  5. When steak is cooked to desired doneness, place on lettuce.
  6. Season as desired.

Coffee Dessert, 1 serving


  • Coffee
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Liquid stevia to taste
  • Heavy cream— 1 tsp



  1. Add cinnamon, heavy cream, and stevia to an empty coffee cup.
  2. Pour in coffee and swirl with a spoon before drinking.
