Tonight’s dinner was butter-fried top sirloin steak over lettuce. And for dessert, coffee!
Butter-Fried Steak Salad, 1 serving, can fry extra steak for leftovers
Ingredients:
- Butter
- Top sirloin steak
- Choice of seasonings— salt and poultry seasoning blend
- Lettuce— about 2 cups
- Feta Cheese— a pinch
Directions:
- Chop steak.
- Fry steak in butter over medium-high heat.
- While steak is cooking, chop lettuce and place on plate.
- Sprinkle some feta cheese on lettuce.
- When steak is cooked to desired doneness, place on lettuce.
- Season as desired.
Coffee Dessert, 1 serving
Ingredients:
- Coffee
- Cinnamon to taste
- Liquid stevia to taste
- Heavy cream— 1 tsp
Directions:
- Add cinnamon, heavy cream, and stevia to an empty coffee cup.
- Pour in coffee and swirl with a spoon before drinking.
