I picked up some child-size dinnerware a few nights ago at Target. I got a cup, a cereal bowl, a snack bowl, and a divided plate:
I used the divided plate for my lunch:
I snacked on fat free plain Greek yogurt mixed with pumpkin, cinnamon, stevia, and unsweetened cocoa in the cereal bowl:
I can NOT wait for LCMP to be finished! Combining LCMP with a portion control plate or other bento-ware can help you easily determine how many net carbs are in a portion of salad; a portion of cooked veggies; a portion of beans; a portion of sweet potato; etc that fit in the sections of the plate or bento. That way, you can construct your meals using these bentos as a guideline to automatically control your carbohydrate intake.
