Coconut Almond Berry Bars
Ingredients

- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- ½ cup water
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 2 cup raspberries
- 1 tsp liquid flavored stevia (I used English Toffee flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Melt coconut oil in microwave, about 30 seconds and transfer to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- Mix melted coconut oil with almond butter, liquid stevia, egg, wand salt using a fork.
- Add almond flour, coconut flour, water, and baking soda to the mixing bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Pour batter into a baking pan and smooth evenly.
- Top with raspberries. Lightly press berries into the batter.
- Bake about 1 hour 20 minutes.
- Cool a few minutes before cutting into squares. Store in refrigerator.
