Butter-Fried Chicken, Salad, and Cheese

Butter-Fried Chicken


  • Chicken breast, chopped
  • Kelp noodles (optional)
  • Butter
  • Liquid coconut oil
  • Salt, pepper, poultry seasoning


  1. Pan-fry chicken and kelp noodles (if using) in butter and coconut oil over medium-high heat to desired doneness, stirring frequently.
  2. Season as desired.

Butter-Fried Chicken Salad and Cheese, 1 serving


  • Butter-fried chicken
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • Feta cheese
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 oz cheese


  1. Place lettuce on a plate and top with butter-fried chicken.
  2. Sprinkle feta cheese over salad.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over salad.
  4. Serve with cheese.
