Here are three simple tips that can help you increase the quality of your diet:
- Opt for real, whole, unprocessed foods. Vegetables! Fruits! Wild caught seafood! This is real food, and it’s delicious.
- Check the ingredients list to make sure there’s no added sugar. Especially pay attention to nuts/nut butters and spices/seasonings/condiments.
- Don’t eat anything with ingredients you can’t pronounce. See #1.
